I’ve helped clients launch new branding across all marketing channels by standardizing logos, copy, and brand voice for a consistent brand experience. Working with creative, management, and other stakeholders, I’ve developed content that drives engagement and traffic.

My work with social media includes paid and organic strategy, asset management, content creation, and audience analysis. I’ve worked with Sprout, HootSuite, and other social media management platforms to coordinate social media efforts for clients.

Using social media, I’ve driven web traffic, increased event attendance, generated leads, and more.

Analytics from marketing efforts and other platforms turn data into actionable strategy. With analytics, marketing performance can be tracked and campaigns and budget can be optimized.

A vital part of my work experience has been using location analytics, email performance, website analytics, social analytics, and other digital advertising analytics to better understand audiences and measure marketing efforts.

68% of all web activity starts at a search engine, and your search engine presence is often your brand’s first impression. Keeping current with the latest changes in paid/organic search is key.

My work has included paid and organic search marketing, helping to optimize clients’ search engine presence. I also have experience optimizing client websites for search, from simple keyword updates to project managing new websites built with the SEO best practices in mind.


EMAIL MARKETING + CRM

Email marketing has one of the highest returns-on-investment in digital marketing, providing a cost effective method for re-engaging customers. Email marketing and Customer Relationship Management platforms are powerful tools that manage customer data and provide valuable insights.

Using a variety of email/CRM platforms I’ve created successful email strategies, grew audiences, managed campaigns, and reported on results.
